Required Documents for processing applications:

1. Picture ID (Driver's license) - All adults  (18 and over)

2. Most recent two paystubs and/or  proof of any other income. Or a letter of employment acceptance if this is a new job.

3. Clear full body photos of each pet (if applicable).
